We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision parts. Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to engineering drawings and specificationsSelect and install tooling, make adjustments, and perform offsets as necessaryMonitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specificationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues with machine programming, tooling, or machine malfunctionsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety protocols and proceduresRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC lathe machinistProficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawingsAbility to perform basic machine programming and set upStrong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality partsKnowledge of GD&T and quality control proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skillsThis is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
