Additional stipends available based upon assignmentBENEFITS: HESPA, IMRF, Voluntary Retirement, InsuranceCLASSIFICATION: HESPAAPPLICATION DEADLINE: Until FilledSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist student(s) with special needs throughout the day with academics and daily school routines. Will assist the student(s) in following a strict schedule and maintaining his/her safety while school is in session. Support the students and teacher to ensure success of each student in meeting his/her IEP goals. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: MUST hold an ELS (Paraprofessional) license or Professional Educator License (PEL). Good written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of staff, parents and students.
