If working with staff, supervise lifeguards and swim assistantsWork with swimmers in water as neededOperate handicap chair, lift, and rescue equipment as neededRespond to emergencies using appropriate first aidTeach other non-ARC swim classes or supervise non-instructional swim programs as assignedQualifications:Current American Red Cross certifications for lifeguarding, CPR, first aid, AED, and Water Safety InstructorAbility to work effectively with swimmers of various ages and abilitiesAbility to handle handicap chair, lift, and rescue equipmentExperience as swim instructor preferred but not requiredWorking Condition: $18 - more dependent on experience.
