By delivering personalized support in the comfort of home, Butterfly Home Care aims to make a meaningful difference, one household at a time.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Caregiver role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Caregiver will provide direct in-home support, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. The role includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and support with errands or appointments as needed. The Caregiver will observe and report changes in client condition, follow care plans, and maintain accurate documentation of services provided. This position also involves offering companionship, engaging clients in safe activities, and collaborating with families and supervisors to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.QualificationsExperience providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe transfers or mobility support.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, show empathy, and interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.Organizational and time-management skills to follow care plans, complete housekeeping tasks, prepare meals, and maintain accurate records.Ability to observe, recognize, and report changes in client condition, and to follow safety protocols and infection-control practices.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or similar) or relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, PCA) are a plus.Reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to work part-time shifts, including possible evenings or weekends based on client needs.Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
