Primary Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected. Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, including packing products securely and labeling boxes with the correct shipping information. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping to ensure only high-quality items reach customers. Order Processing: Use fulfillment software or systems to process and track orders from start to finish. General Warehouse Duties: Assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Customer Service Support: Address any order-related issues or inquiries, providing excellent customer service as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to meet order deadlines and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Must be able to work 10 hour shifts Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors Must be able to lift, push and pull weights to 50 pounds Pay Rate: $17.50/hour Work Location and Schedule: On-Site 8 hour shift Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with potential over time until 5:30-6:00pm
