They offer an entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and flexible environment where employees take pride in their work and have the opportunity to grow with the business.Estimator is responsible for preparing takeoffs and cost estimates, analyze grading, excavation, and site development, evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes, and develop bids, identify risks, and support successful project execution.Must have:5+ years of experience in earthwork, site development, or heavy civil estimatingProficiency in Agtek, HCSS, B2W, Bluebeam, Planswift and/or HeavyBidStrong understanding of grading, excavation, utilities, and construction plans/specificationsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detailStable work history and the ability to pass a background check.***Prefer local candidates or those relocating specifically to West Palm Beach.Salary: $120-$175K + discretionary bonus ***(don’t let salary deter you!!)***Benefits: 100% paid employee healthcare + 401K match, PTO and more.If you have an interest please apply today, OR send your resume AND project list to aplesek@morisey-dart.com
