Installation Coordinator for Retail and Events
Job Summary
The Installation Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the installation of various events and retail spaces, communicate with production, sales, account management and clients, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
We're looking for an individual that possesses strong attention to detail and high energy to join our team as the Installation Coordinator.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks with great precision.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Ability to work through project issues with customers and vendors in a timely manner.
Technically competent and proficient with various software programs: Adobe, Excel and Word, and open to learning unfamiliar software.
Strong written and oral communication skills: In-person meetings, E-mail & Phone calls.
Must take great pride in providing top notch customer service.
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
Strong work ethic , sense of urgency and organizational skills.
Great artistic and visual-spatial skills.
Ability to follow through with tasks given by colleagues and complete them on time.
2-3 years of work experience in installation, especially with retail store and events.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Filemaker a plus.

Responsibilities:
Get Sh*% Done with efficiency and detail.
Collaborate with installation manager, production, account managers & installers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction during and after installation.
Proactively assists the Install Manager on install projects, scheduling, looking into scope of work and potential issues prior to installs to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with the Install Manager on pricing and generate Purchase Orders based on services rendered and send them to the appropriate installer.
Consistently communicates (via phone or email) with installers and production to schedule and get project status.
Work with Installers nationwide to manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Collects and organizes information needed by installers to perform their installs successfully.
Ensure all paperwork for jobs are prepared for all installations, including mockups, Purchase Orders, COIs, hardware requirements, etc. Paperwork must be filled out and submitted properly.
Consistently communicates (via phone or email) with Sales, Account managers & Installers to give them updates on the project and time of completion, and be able to problem-solve and troubleshoot with installers.
Communicate with clients & installers on-site about changes and any other issues.
Effectively manage multiple projects in multiple locations from post sales through installation completion.
Willing to travel, when necessary, to the install site.
Identifies areas of improvement that will eliminate time waste, improve productivity while supporting safe work practices.
Identify and implement process performance improvements to standardize department procedures and workflow.
Work closely with the Production and Account Managers to keep projects moving forward quickly while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with Production Dept. to ensure all materials and equipment for install are ready for delivery, as well as the return of hardware and equipment after the event.
Perform general clerical duties as needed, including filing, data entry in Filemaker, and uploading install pictures in the company’s file server.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
