Embedded Software Test Engineer

Role: Embedded Software Test EngineerLocation: Redmond, WA – Full TimeSeeking an experienced Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer to support and maintain AOSP codebases for prototype hardware systems.Key Responsibilities:Maintain, debug, and stabilize AOSP builds and integrate Android security patches.Backport features/fixes and troubleshoot Android framework and system components.Develop scripts/tools for build and release automation.Develop and debug embedded C/C++ firmware on SoCs.Support hardware bring-up, device drivers, bootloaders, OTA updates, and power management.Work with RTOS, BLE/Wi-Fi, MCU–SoC communication, and embedded peripherals/sensors.Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and hardware debuggers for troubleshooting.Work with CMake/Make/Makefiles and embedded build systems.
