EFM Shared Services Representative - LeasebackThe EFM Shared Services Representative for the Business Administration provides client and vehicle-related support for EFM clients and EFM groups. The EFM Shared Services Representative will assist with various tasks, projects, research, and reports related to managing daily client and vehicle administration, both with internal operational teams and EFM clients.This is a full-time remote position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Greater St. Louis, MO Metropolitan area. The schedule for position is Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.The pay range for this position is $17.36 per hour USD. Our operations center is located at 2281 Ball Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146.Pull daily reports from assigned Salesforce tasks, create and process quotes, accept and create proposals, and update all required information in the various tasks assignedAssist with organizing and adjustment of information and client documentationCommunicate with internal teams as updates or information is needed to ensure resolution for serviceAct as backup support for Client Support Coordinators as necessaryAssist with various tasks, projects, research, and reports for the departmentAssist with collection of legal documents to successfully transfer registration and titlesSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Must live in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan areaMinimum 1 year customer service experienceMinimum 1 year administrative or office experienceIntermediate PC knowledge with experience in Excel and WordMust have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureQualified Candidates must possess the following competencies:Ethics & ValuesExecutingCustomer ServiceDetail-OrientedAnalyzingCommunicationFlexibilityWork from Home (WFH) Requirements:Terrestrial cable or fiber internet connections are strongly preferred.
