Job Description Manufacturing Electrician – Greater Indianapolis EastWe are hiring experienced Manufacturing Electricians to join a highperforming industrial maintenance team in the Greater Indianapolis East area. This is a longterm, stable opportunity offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and consistent overtime in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipmentDiagnose and resolve issues with AllenBradley PLCs and relay logic systemsWork with threephase power systems up to 580 voltsMaintain and troubleshoot motors, VFDs, and industrial control systemsSupport production equipment including conveyors, furnaces, and automated machineryRead and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsPerform preventive maintenance to minimize downtimeFollow all LOTO, arcflash, and electrical safety standardsWhat We're Looking ForStrong background in industrial electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environmentProven experience troubleshooting AllenBradley PLCs and relay logicSolid knowledge of threephase electrical systems (up to 580V)Handson experience with motors, drives, VFDs, and control systemsAbility to diagnose and repair complex electrical issues under production demandsExcellent schematic reading and electrical diagnostic skillsPay & SchedulePay: Negotiable based on experienceTop rate: Up to $38.01/hourOvertime: Available based on production needsShift Options:2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (+$1.00/hr shift premium)3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (+$0.75/hr shift premium)Benefits~16 days PTO first year (prorated)Medical insurance with low employee contribution (~$180/month for family coverage)$0cost Vision, Dental, Hearing, Basic Life & AD&DHSA with company contribution401(k):100% match up to 5%Additional 50% match on next 2%2% ProfitSharing matchWhy Join UsThis is an excellent opportunity for skilled industrial electricians seeking longterm stability, competitive compensation, and a company that values technical expertise and automation experience.
