CAD Drafter (Festus)

This is an in office position located in our Festus, MO headquarters.CAD DrafterGood Earth Tools is looking for an energetic self-starter who is looking to grow their drafting skills in an exciting environment. The ideal candidate will have formal CAD drafting training and previous experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD. This position will focus on our heavy equipment division, but will support all divisions and have exposure to all product lines. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate!Primary ResponsibilitiesProvides computer aided design (CAD) drafting, prepares drawings and schematics from a variety of specifications, layouts, blueprints, and sketchesUtilizes SolidWorks and other techniques, standards, and tools to prepare technical drawingsCoordinates and consults with engineers to complete projectsTransforms initial rough product designs into working documents utilizing SolidWorksCompletes engineering drawing changes as directed by Engineers on mechanical drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematicsReviews engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standardsPerform other duties as assignedWhy you'll love working here:Earn more – We offer competitive wages and the opportunity for annual merit increases as you progress in your career.
