In this role, you will support cross-functional teams focused on migrating facilities from a legacy to new proprietary claim platform. You will serve as the single point of contact for all migration related activities. You will facilitate internal & external communications and Coordinate & Collaborate with key stakeholders to accomplish overall migration program goals.This role will assume responsibilities of a Subject matter expert in RCM processes and support migration activities. This being a highly visible role, a strong verbal and non-verbal communication skill is necessary. Job Responsibilities:Serve as primary point of contact for all migration projects and support in project management activities during a client migration.Build and present migration project plan to align internal and external stakeholders.Responsible for client outreach over email, lead migration “kick-off” meetings and manage all communications during course of a client migration.Serve as primary contact during payer enrollments process and function as a liaison between migrating client and Clearinghouse to resolve payer enrollment issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct migration activities.Facilitates training needs, schedules client training and reports on training completed.Follow pre-established instructions, procedures, and guidelines to successfully migrate Revenue cycle claims solutions from legacy to new system.Must be responsible for the coordination, communication, and accurate reporting of all migration related activities under the supervision of designated manager.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and complete migration projects within set timelines while mitigating risks that could cause the project to delay.Ensure successful hand-off to appropriate individuals for on-going support post-migration.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of experience as a product implementation analyst/project manager.Strong US Healthcare domain knowledge specifically in EMS Revenue Cycle management process or Payer Claims Administration.Strong written and verbal communication skills required.Meticulous, organized, self-motivated, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with a service-oriented attitude in a team environment.Adept at listening, confirming purpose, and tracking and managing output in a timely and accurate manner.Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.EEO Statement – every job MUST have the EEO statement included.
