Job Location: El Dorado Hills, CACompany Name: Pivotal Parenting Support LLCJob Summary:Pivotal Parenting Support is dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behavior Technician to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients.Job Responsibilities:Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)Collect and record data on client progress and behaviorAssist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plansCollaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approachQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferredPrevious experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectivelyPatience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on individuals' livesAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesJob Details:Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in the home, school, and in the communityImplement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Collect and record data using our online platformWork Environment:Growth opportunitiesSupportive team environmentOnline data collection using the latest softwareCompensation and Benefits:Competitive hourly pay: $21 - $25 Dependant on Experience/ Certifications14 days of PTOComprehensive health and life insurance for eligible employeesHands-on training and BCBA certification supervision to further your career developmentOpportunities for professional developmentJob Type:Part-time (potential for full-time hours)About Us:At Pivotal Parenting Support, we're committed to creating a nurturing community of therapists and parents who collaborate to ensure effective and compassionate treatment.
