Recruiter- Bilingual Spanish

The HR Recruiter is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-quality talent. This role partners closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to support current and future workforce needs.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level positions across multiple functions, including high-volume roles Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring prioritiesDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and professional networksScreen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniquesEnsure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment processDrive employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career events and job fairsMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare regular hiring reportsContinuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experienceNegotiate job offers and support the successful closing of candidatesImplement and establish internship program to create a direct source of pre-vetted candidates for future full-time rolesCarry out additional responsibilities as requiredRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strategic thinking and workforce planning capabilityStrong interviewing, evaluation, and candidate assessment skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsData-driven decision-making and analytical skillsStrong negotiation and influencing abilitiesAbility to manage multiple requisitions and competing prioritiesProficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)Adaptability and effectiveness in a fast-paced environmentEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2 - 4 years of talent acquisition experience, including senior-level or hard-to-fill rolesStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable labor legislationExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn RecruiterIndustry-specific hiring experience (e.g., manufacturing) is preferred
