The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Alzheimer's disease, vascular cognitive impairment, and related neurodegenerative conditions, along with a strong understanding of how clinical innovation translates into scalable care models, reimbursement strategy, regulatory alignment, and durable market differentiation.As an Advisory Board Member, you will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to provide independent strategic counsel on clinical positioning, competitive differentiation, value-based care strategy, outcomes validation, regulatory considerations, and go-to-market execution. Your guidance will help ensure the company builds an evidence-based, operationally disciplined platform capable of delivering measurable clinical and economic outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of ethical care for cognitively vulnerable populations.From a governance perspective, you will offer objective oversight on strategic priorities, product roadmap alignment, risk mitigation, data integrity, and responsible innovation. Guide the development of clinically rigorous frameworks that improve cognitive and functional outcomes, enhance quality of life, reduce caregiver burden, and support measurable impact across diverse patient populations.Scalable Brain Health Platform Development: Advise on the design and scaling of interdisciplinary, technology-enabled, community integrated cognitive care solutions. Support the development of standardized yet adaptable care pathways that connect neurology, geriatrics, primary care, behavioral health, and caregiver services while maintaining scientific integrity and operational discipline.Value-Based & Reimbursement Strategy: Guide strategic positioning within Medicare Advantage, ACO, and other value-based reimbursement environments. Advise on outcomes validation, risk stratification, utilization management, quality reporting, documentation integrity, and payer alignment to support sustainable growth and defensible economic value.Governance & Enterprise Risk Oversight: Provide an independent, board-level perspective on strategic priorities, product roadmap alignment, regulatory exposure, data governance, clinical risk management, and ethical innovation in cognitively vulnerable populations.
