Role Description This part-time, or full-time, on-site Pilates Instructor role is based in the Noll river district in Liberty Lake, WA. The instructor will lead engaging, safe, and effective Pilates classes tailored to various client skill levels and fitness needs. Responsibilities include guiding group exercise sessions, providing one-on-one instruction, demonstrating proper techniques, and ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for all clients. The instructor will also maintain equipment, contribute to a positive studio atmosphere, and support clients in achieving their fitness and wellness goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Pilates Instruction and experience with Group Exercise techniquesStrong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain client satisfactionEffective Teaching skills for guiding and motivating individuals and groupsRelevant certifications in Pilates instruction or fitness trainingCommitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environmentPrior experience in a similar role or studio environment is a plus
