Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. With a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week through June 18, 2026, you'll be working closely with students and staff to create a supportive atmosphere and help students thrive academically and behaviorally.Key Qualifications:Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral support, preferably within middle or high school settingsPrior work providing whole class support and managing challenging behaviors, such as elopement, hallway disruptions, and aggressionPreference given to candidates with a completed National BCI for immediate onboardingPrimary Responsibilities:Collaborate with teachers and school staff to design and implement behavior intervention strategiesDeliver direct support to middle school students, focusing on reducing disruptive behaviors and supporting positive engagementDocument student progress and adjust interventions as necessaryMaintain clear professional communication with colleagues, students, and their familiesSupport a positive and inclusive classroom environmentThis is a fantastic chance for RBTs seeking a rewarding, dynamic school-based role with a well-structured caseload.
