Digital Asset Manager
Creative Circle is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to support a global in-house photo team for a leading enterprise organization. This role will own day-to-day DAM operations while helping optimize and scale a recently implemented IntelligenceBank platform.This is a highly visible role blending hands-on asset management with workflow and process consulting, partnering across creative, production, and marketing teams. It's fully remote and 40 hours per week open-ended. Key Responsibilities:Manage daily DAM operations in IntelligenceBank (ingestion, metadata, taxonomy, archiving)Serve as the primary point of contact for IntelligenceBank, including training, troubleshooting, and platform supportLead ongoing optimization of workflows, structure, permissions, and functionalitySupport asset migration and organization from legacy systemsTrack usage rights, licensing, and model releases to ensure complianceFulfill asset requests and maintain organized, accessible librariesPartner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and efficiencyDeliver training, reporting, and asset audits to support adoption and governanceQualifications:5-8+ years managing enterprise DAM systems (agency or in-house)Hands-on IntelligenceBank experience requiredStrong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and content workflowsExperience supporting photo or creative teamsAbility to consult on processes and drive adoptionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Capture OneFamiliarity with Workfront and/or scripting (e.g., Python) a plusIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
