Job ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:Full global travel, working in onshore, offshore and remote site locationsLead TFA supporting role for Mechanical outage scopes, such as Major Inspections, Hot Gas Path Inspections, etc.Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, functional testing and re-commissioning of various Heavy Gas Turbine package types and systems (GE Frame engine focus). All in order to meet the business demands supporting our Client base, also possessing an advanced level of technical knowledge and expertise to support the product, Customers and teammates alikeProvision of technical Customer support and outage preparation support (remote, onsite & EthosEnergy locations)CoordinationPreparation of technical documentationSupport of our Sales team in the preparation of quotationsClient facing; effective leadership of a team, effective supervision skills, effective communication skills both internally and externallyTimely submission of comprehensive site visit reports and all required associated documentationLiaise with Commercial functions to ensure all customer documentation is completed and that briefings are attendedWorking with varying areas for development of Control retrofit solutions, etcRepresent EthosEnergy at site meetingsRequired Skills / KnowledgeProduct knowledge and extensive experience of GE Frame heavy gas/steam turbine packages is 'essential'; product knowledge of Westinghouse/Siemens gas turbine packagesKnowledge of and ability to interpret technical drawings and literatureEffective communication skills both written and verbalAbility to plan, lead and supervise a team and the job effectivelyAdvanced level of fault finding and diagnosis skills essential for GE Frame unitsMust be able to interpret technical requests from customers and Project/Contract ManagersReporting writing skills essentialAbility to work on own initiativeMust be computer literate, including literacy of control systems softwareBehaviours that match with the company Ethos values and visionMust have a strong customer service EthosGood organizational and analytical skillsProven ability to meet tight deadlinesExperience* >10-15 years experience supporting Gas/Steam Turbine turbomachinery, in a Service environment Multi-disciplined is advantageousEducation Requirements* High School Diploma or higherPhysical Requirements* N/AWhat We OfferSupportive company culture that values its employeesComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision & 401 K PlanPaid Parental Leave, Time Off & HolidaysExtra money in your paycheck - Employee Referral BonusPersonal Development & Career Succession PlanningCompany sponsored Perks & Discount programs
