Heavy Commercial Superintendent

Superintendent – National Projects Notable and well-established General Contractors are seeking experienced Superintendents and Sr Superintendents to lead field operations on ground-up heavy commercial and light industrial construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily construction operations including scheduling, manpower coordination, material deliveries, and site logistics.Supervise subcontractors and field personnel to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules while coordinating field execution with the Project Manager.Monitor work progress, enforce safety policies, resolve field issues, and maintain accurate project documentation.Qualifications5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial or light industrial projects.Experience with data center, cold storage, F&B, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, facilities preferred.Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and blueprint interpretation.Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades in an active construction environment.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel strongly preferred - some local opportunitiesCompensation & BenefitsLong term - Competitive compensation package including health benefits, retirement plan, paid time off, and performance-based opportunities.Core Build: Structural concrete, foundations, structural steel, tilt wall, building envelope, refrigeration systems, process piping, mechanical systems, electrical distribution, generators, UPS systems, cooling systems, MEP, process equipment, fire protection, sitework, underground utilities.
