All manifested from our 15 locations in the U.S. and our European location in Dsseldorf, Germany. This opening is resident in our Lithia Springs, GA facility.About the PositionResponsible for operating a router to produce specific components used in the fabrication of tradeshow exhibits, displays and related structures.Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:Responsible for safely and efficiently operating router for the production of componentsFabricates acrylic and wood model parts as well as acrylic vitrines (solvent joints), bent acrylic parts and polishingReview cut sheets to ensure material accuracyLoad and run program, troubleshooting any issues.Responsible for complying to general safety, EPA, OSHA and Fire Safety regulationsMaintain hand tools and equipmentProvides ready to assemble components for production, complete with labelingPerforms other duties in support of project requirementsNon Essential Functions:Provides information for reportsFunctions as a member of project teamsSkills and Qualifications:1+ year experience with CNC machine operatingKnowledge of exhibit operations and production processCarpentry experienceCrate fabrication experienceAbility to read and understand complex shop drawings and specificationsGood communication skillsTime management skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and interface with all levels of the organizationProven ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, demanding environmentGood math aptitude, understanding of engineering formulasRequirements: Overtime as necessaryMC offers a robust benefits package including: Medical (3 choices of plans), Dental (3 choices of plans), 401K, Vision, company paid Life Insurance, company paid Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Accident and Critical Illness Insurance--plus more.
