Systems Administrator

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or equivalent training or 10+ years work experience * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-user computing or help desk environment * Outstanding Customer Service skills and resourcefulness * Proven experience in endpoint management technologies such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MCEM, and JAMF * Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Windows/Mac operating systems * Experience managing, developing, and implementing enterprise endpoint management policies and compliance activities * Significant experience in configuring with Microsoft Services (e.g., Exchange, Entra, Teams, SharePoint), server administration (e.g., AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS) * Patch & Vulnerability Management software is highly preferred.
