Human Resources Generalist
Job Title: HR GeneralistLocation: Remote/Various LocationsJob Type: Contract/FractionalAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract part-time basis. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.Promote a positive work environment and culture.Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address any related questions or issues.Compliance:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Performance Management:Support the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters.Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in HR software and Google Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications:HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Experience working in a remote or contract-based role.Compensation:Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.Peak HR Solutions is committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other characteristics protected by law.
