Position Title : Financial Operations Assistant Location: Remote from the U.S. Department: Accounting, Financial Operations Reports to: Financial Operations Manager *Temporary role: 6 month contract* About the role LTK is the world's largest creator-commerce platform, empowering lifestyle creators to build businesses and enabling brands to drive meaningful, measurable revenue. Our Finance team supports this mission by delivering accuracy, speed, and operational excellence across all financial workflows. We’re looking for a versatile, high-performing Financial Operations Assistant to join LTK’s Financial Operations team. In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of financial operations topics, from transaction processing and reconciliations to process improvement, and cross‑functional initiatives. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes ownership of initiatives end‑to‑end. You’ll collaborate across Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and control‑ready financial operations. How you will make an impact Financial Transactions & Reconciliations Focus on collections of invoices and help investigate cash applications when needed Support accurate accounting of creator payouts, vendor payments, and other high‑volume transactions Stakeholder Support & Issue Resolution Investigate and resolve discrepancies, payment issues, or system errors Partner with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions Process Improvement & Projects Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities Maintain audit‑ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP What you will bring to LTK 1+ years of accounting, financial operations, or high‑volume transactional experience Broad understanding of financial processes, including cash application, transaction reconciliation and A/R Experience with ERPs or financial platforms including NetSuite Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer‑service mindset Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and can adapt to new challenges Proactive, process‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities What we offer The opportunity to be part of the leading global company in creator commerce Competitive compensation and benefits package to meet the needs of you and your family 401(k) with LTK company matching Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance Paid Maternity Leave and Paid Paternity Leave Summer Fridays and Flexible PTO LTK is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #LI-Remote For US-Based Roles: We are not offering new sponsorship opportunities at this time for persons requiring employment visas, such as an H‑1B; authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
