Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Director role based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of a senior living community, ensuring exceptional resident care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing teams across departments, developing and executing strategic plans, monitoring financial performance, and fostering an environment aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Additionally, the role will involve engaging with residents, families, and the broader community to promote a vibrant and supportive living environment. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including experience in staff development, talent acquisition, and maintaining a collaborative work cultureOperational expertise in senior living or healthcare, including knowledge of compliance, resident care standards, and best practicesStrong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and achieving organizational financial goalsExperience in marketing and community outreach to foster relationships with residents, families, and local organizationsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Relevant certifications or licensure in senior living or healthcare management are a plusProven ability to adapt to changing needs and maintain focus on providing high-quality resident care
