Job Description Description:As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal Specialist, you will assist attorneys with cases to ensure the efficient and timely progression of the different stages of pre-litigation. Your responsibilities will include:Communicating with clients from the beginning of the case through the pre-litigation processCommunicating with treating doctors and medical providersPreparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with relevant laws and regulationsAssisting attorneys in pre-litigation activitiesIdentifying, researching, and analyzing relevant laws and legal issuesTracking case progress and deadlines and updating attorneys accordinglyUtilizing case management software and database systems to organize and manage case informationOur ideal candidate will have three years of personal injury pre-litigation paralegal experience and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential qualities for this role. We value results-oriented individuals with a proactive approach to case management and the ability to handle large and complex caseloads.Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
