RN or LPN Charge Nurse

Duties: - Monitor patients' vital signs and assess condition - Document all patient interactions, procedures, and medications accurately and timely - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe resident environment Provide oversight and direction for other nursing staff as needed Experience in long term care not required.
