Community Development Specialist
Job overview:
This is a sales position where you will be responsible to negotiate and establish right of entries and profitable residential service agreements
Responsibilities:
Implement and ensure internal and property owner compliance to residential agreements/contracts.
Evaluate the value and serviceability of potential communities (ROI assessments, financial models, data analysis, etc.)
Position, build relationships, and negotiate with the company points of contact
Understand every line in Wire3’s agreements, their purpose and implication to Wire3 and our customer base.
Participate in identifying strategies and plans to address competitor activity in a very fluid, competitive market. Shares feedback and tactics with local and global teams to address competitive activities in territory
Serve as a community ambassador of Wire3 Communications, recognized as a subject matter expert on Wire3 Communities matters. Establish a presence in the community through participation and leadership of relevant boards, groups, and committees. Develop and cultivate long term relationships with industry partners (i.e. builders, attorneys, consultants, developers, property owners, property managers, Homeowner Associations, etc.) to maximize Wire3opportunity to have a seat at the negotiation table, revenue growth and drive product penetration
Remain current on changes to agreement/contract regulations and corporate/system procedures; completes all required and/or recommended training
Drive to continually learn and implement best-in-class sales, customer support, functional, technical, and strategic best practices - both with customers and with internal stakeholders
Maintain the highest ethical sales practices and presents a professional image
Provide market feedback to corporate Wire3 Communities Sales leadership to help shape and change market strategies
Qualifications and requirements:
Minimum essential education level: College
Desired but not essential education level: College Degree
Skills needed for the position: solid interpersonal communication, responsibility, self-management, perseverance, ability to work under pressure, focus on objectives, etc.
