About The RoleWe're hiring two BDRs to help us break into new fleet accounts. You'll be on the front lines — identifying prospects, running outbound campaigns, and booking meetings for our sales team. This is a high-impact role at a company where the product sells itself once people see it.What You'll DoRun outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to fleet operators and maintenance directorsResearch and identify target accounts in the fleet management and transportation spaceQualify inbound leads and route them to the right team membersBook product demos and discovery calls for the sales teamTrack activity and pipeline in our CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recordsCollaborate with marketing on messaging, content, and event strategyUse AI tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, and work more efficiently across every part of the pipelineWhat We're Looking For1+ years in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)High energy and resilience — you're comfortable with volume and don't take rejection personallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCuriosity about fleet operations, logistics, or transportation (you don't need to be an expert — just genuinely interested)Organized and self-motivated — you manage your own pipeline and hit daily activity targetsBonus: experience selling to operations, maintenance, or fleet teamsAI at ProactionWe're an AI-native company.
