At Favour, we are passionate about empowering patients and supporting healthcare providers in delivering exceptional care.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), located in NJ. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and monitoring behavioral programs tailored to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Daily tasks include conducting functional behavior assessments, creating treatment plans, providing one-on-one therapy, training and educating parents and staff, and monitoring progress toward client goals. Collaboration with caregivers, team members, and other professionals will be key in ensuring high-quality, individualized outcomes for clients.QualificationsProficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis to assess and develop evidence-based treatment plans.Experience with Behavior Management to address challenging behaviors effectively and implement interventions.Expertise in Parent Education and Psychology to collaborate with caregivers and design holistic care plans.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.BCBA certification is required, alongside relevant experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Knowledge of DDD regulations and experience in a home health setting is a plus.Commitment to fostering patient-centered care and strong problem-solving abilities.J-18808-Ljbffr
