Qualification/Validation Engineer

The company values innovation, continuous learning, and diversity in its work culture. Role Description This is a contract role for a Qualification/Validation Engineer, based on-site in Tucson, AZ. The engineer will be responsible for executing validation and qualification activities, implementing good manufacturing practices (GMP), conducting functional verification, and debugging system processes. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and reviewing validation protocols, performing tests to ensure compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address system bugs and ensure accuracy in design and functionality. Qualifications Experience in RTL Design and Functional Verification processesCompetency in Debugging and troubleshooting technical issuesFamiliarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and validation principlesStrong understanding and experience in executing validation effortsRelevant experience within industries such as MedTech, Aerospace, Semiconductor, or Automotive is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related fieldExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams
