Welder - TIG

RB Royal is a family-owned manufacturing company located in Fond du Lac, WI. We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. Schedule Monday – Thursday | 5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek and three-day weekends. Core Responsibilities Select welding equipment and plan layouts for welding and assembly of shop orders. Layout, position, align, and fit components to drawing and print specifications. Secure and weld parts with attention to warpage and metal fatigue. Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with assembly drawings and engineering specifications. Straighten parts as needed using heat, presses, clamps, or other approved methods. Assemble parts per assembly drawings and engineering instructions. Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and rewelding per instructions or blueprints. Support prototype development and job estimating as needed. Assist with training operators on robotic welding processes and part loading (as applicable). Skills Critical for Success Associate degree or equivalent from a technical school preferred. Minimum of one year of TIG welding experience. Experience welding stainless steel required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts. Exposure to additional joining processes (MIG welding, laser welding, induction brazing) is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
