Job Title: Learning and Development ConsultantWork Location: Ft Worth, Texas 76115 (On-Site Only)Duration: 9 Months  ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the candidate include but are not limited to:• Prepare material and equipment for training site sessions.• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of all training.• Train consistently, complete demonstrations, and guide learners on assignments to be fulfilled.• Maintain a professional image in line with company dress code. • Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.• Assist in editing and providing feedback on created content.• Monitor goals and plan for modifications if needed.• Assist and evaluate center staff attending training sessions.• Maintain and monitor student training progress and report progress to site leadership. Requirements (Must Have)• Strong communication skills.• Strong orator.• Active listening.• Experience delivering training to an audience.• Organizational skills.• Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet.
