This role involves serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, particularly in the areas of emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation. The VP will also lead the design and implementation of a modern data and analytics ecosystem to support real-time, data-informed decision-making and champion AI-enabled solutions that enhance service delivery, workforce effectiveness, compliance, and financial performance.Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a related setting is required.
