Job Description LEASING CONSULTANTWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Consultant to lead leasing efforts at one of our apartment communities in Fort Worth, TX. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role ideal for someone with a strong background in multifamily leasing, excellent marketing skills, and a proven ability to secure leases.Key Responsibilities:Lead all leasing efforts for the apartment communityAttract and retain qualified residents through innovative marketing strategies and community outreachManage the entire leasing process: touring, application processing, and move-insMaintain high occupancy by proactively following up on leads and closing dealsEnsure online listings, and signage are up-to-date and effectiveCollaborate with on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain resident satisfactionTrack leasing activityWhat We're Looking For:Apartment leasing or multifamily housing is preferredStrong background in marketing, lead generation, and closing leasesSelf-starter with excellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable with leasing software and online marketing platformsBilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plusHigh school diploma or GED requiredWhy NuRock?Competitive base pay + leasing bonusesProfessional growth opportunities within a growing companySupportive team environmentOpportunity to make a direct impact in the success of our communities
