Job Summary:Hemingway's Tavern is seeking fun, dedicated, dependable and high-energy individuals to join our team in our Dish position! Our Dish position exists to ensure our guests receive the best quality experience during their visit. The dishwashing department is the backbone of the kitchen, the bar, and the serving staff, supporting everyone with clean dishes, pots, glasses, silverware and more!The Job:Cleaning dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans and cooking equipmentKeep the dish area clean and organized ex. Sweeping, mopping, washing worktables, walls and equipmentRestock cook line, dining room and bar areas with clean dishes, glasses and silverwareRemove trash and place in designated containers, includes breaking down boxesMaintain chemical levels of dish machineMaintain organization of dishes to company standardsHelping fellow Team Members when appropriateAble to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs.
