They help large enterprises turn their AI investments into real, day-to-day adoption and measurable ROI.They’re already in production with global enterprise customers across professional services, finance, and data, with over a dozen other enterprises in their pipeline. The Founders:An ex-FAANG ML and data-science leader who built machine-learning and quantitative models to forecast revenue and surface the biggest drivers and risks across a multi-billion-dollar advertising business.A repeat founder with research experience in agentic AI and inference-time scaling, and an active community builder. The Role:This is a full-stack role with the highest degree of agency. In a single week you might ship an agentic feature, harden a piece of core infrastructure, and put a new view in front of a customer. You'll work directly with the founders, move fast, and help set the technical foundations the rest of the team builds on.What you'll ship in your first 6–12 months:Agentic product: Build and refine the in-workflow coaching experience — the agents and logic that guide employees through real tasks and turn successful runs into reusable playbooks.Core infrastructure: Stand up the data and platform layers that capture usage signals and power adoption and ROI measurement at enterprise scale, with the reliability and controls that enterprise rollout demands.Customer-facing product: Ship the dashboards and interfaces that show leaders how AI is being used, where it's driving impact, and where more enablement is needed — iterating quickly on what real customers tell you.The Interview Process:Apply through this postingIntro call with a founderA conversation with both founder2–3 hour in-person working session on real problems1-day work trialThe ideal candidate:Writes production-ready, full-stack code.
