As a Full Stack Engineer on our team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where you see the impact of your work every single day. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of analysts, operators, and developers, taking iterative approaches within a robust CI/CD pipeline and incorporating real-time user feedback to drive continuous improvement.Your day-to-day will include:Providing dataflow expertise through software development and process improvement initiativesExpanding on existing workflow automation efforts to increase operational efficiencyDeveloping and maintaining web applications that provide analytic and workflow support to end usersEngaging directly with customers to communicate project status, gather feedback, and refine solutions based on their operational needsIdentifying workflow inefficiencies and delivering innovative solutions that advance the missionRequirements12+ years of professional experience, OR a B.S. in a technical discipline plus 8+ years of professional experienceExtensive full stack development experience with a strong emphasis on web developmentHands-on experience with relational databasesDemonstrated experience developing customer cross-domain solutionsProven ability to solicit feedback from stakeholders and apply it to iterative developmentDevelopment experience in Linux environmentsWorking knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)Experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflowsPreferred SkillsProgramming experience in JavaScript and PythonExperience deploying and running open-source tools in government agency environmentsFamiliarity with modern web frameworks and tools such as Svelte, OpenTelemetry, or OpenObserveKnowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systemsBackground in dataflow engineeringLinux system administration experienceUnderstanding of certificate-based cryptographyBenefits at BitwiseTop salaries because we're top performersPick your PTO - Everyone values time and money differently, so we give you the flexibility to choose between 3 and 5 weeks of PTO with a corresponding adjustment to your pay.
