Deliver structures that matter.MSA is seeking a Team Leader – Structural Engineering to guide and grow a high-performing structural team focused on building structures for municipal clients, water and wastewater facilities, waterfront infrastructure, parks & recreation facilities, and tank design.This role is for a structural leader who wants broader influence — someone ready to shape team culture, elevate project delivery, drive financial performance, and develop the next generation of engineers.You won’t just manage projects. SE strongly preferredBackground in A/E/C consulting preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and clarityDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. The salary for this position ranges from $112,240 to $179,584 per year commensurate with experience.
