Job Description Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Gun Parts/Body Tubes Assembly Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Assembler Location:Beacher, IL Pay Rate:$18 Shift:5:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday What's the Job? Assemble assigned components according to assembly drawings and job requirements Meet production goals and ship schedules, ensuring subassemblies are ready on time Complete and submit necessary production paperwork at the end of each shift Monitor work visually to maintain quality standards and notify supervisors of nonconformance or operating difficulties Participate in continuous improvement processes and disassemble scrap products for salvage What's Needed? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions confidently Positive attitude and professional demeanor in all situations Excellent verbal and written communication, math, and basic computer skills Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, reach, lift up to 30 lbs regularly, and 40 lbs occasionally What's in it for me?
