$2000 Sign On Bonus (For employees only, not contractors) Full time employee or part-time Independent Contractor positions available for Physical Therapist.The Oak Leyden Children Services Program is a multi-disciplinary team of Early Intervention and pediatric therapists devoted to making a difference in lives of children and their families in the west suburbs of Chicago. We work with children with Developmental Disabilities birth to age 5.
