Technical Product Manager (Automotive / Service Experience Preferred)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong automotive background to drive product initiatives across service and customer experience domains. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and business, and will play a key role in shaping next-generation service solutions—potentially leveraging AI and emerging technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product management lifecycle, from discovery to deliveryCollaborate closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirementsOwn and drive requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planningManage cross-functional stakeholders including service, sales, and operations teamsWork within and lead Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryDrive alignment between technical execution and business goalsContribute to innovation in service and after-sales experiences, including AI-driven solutionsRequired ExperienceSeveral years of experience in Product Management, preferably in automotive or related industriesStrong experience in stakeholder management across business and technical teamsProven ability in requirements definition and backlog managementHands-on experience collaborating with engineering teamsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred / Bonus QualificationsBackground in automotive service / after-sales / fixed operationsExposure to sales processes or customer lifecycle managementFamiliarity with or strong interest in AI and its applications in automotive/serviceExperience as a Technical Product Manager (note: “IT” labeling may exist but role is product-focused)
