Robert Half is seeking an Employment Attorney to provide legal advice and representation to organizations or individuals on matters related to employment law, including labor relations, workplace policies, compliance, and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, discrimination, harassment, and workplace safety.Draft, review, and update employment agreements, employee handbooks, workplace policies, and severance agreements.Represent clients in litigation, administrative hearings, and alternative dispute resolution related to employment matters.Conduct workplace investigations regarding complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or other alleged misconduct.Counsel employers and employees on best practices for hiring, performance management, and terminations to minimize legal risks.Provide training to leadership or HR teams on employment law updates and regulatory requirements.Assist with negotiations and resolution of employment disputes, including mediation and settlement agreements.Stay current with emerging laws and regulations impacting the workplace, advising clients on adjustments to internal policies and procedures.Support clients with issues related to workplace accommodation, leave management, wage and hour compliance, and labor relations.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
