Dayforce Owner

Overview As Dayforce Technical Owner, you will own a major HCM transformation from requirements through go-live and optimization. You’ll configure Dayforce modules across Payroll, Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling while designing integrations via Dayforce Integration Hub, APIs, SFTP, and middleware. You’ll lead data conversion, UAT, testing, deployment, and reconciliation, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, and vendors. Expect long-term ownership of a high-visibility enterprise platform with continuous improvement at the core.
