Extension is seeking an Interim Senior Total Rewards Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Oconomowoc, WI.About Our ClientWell-established, mission-driven healthcare organization with over a century of impactNationally recognized for excellence in behavioral health and specialized careCollaborative, purpose-driven culture focused on improving livesOpportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing, evolving organizationKey Objectives / Role ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with executive HR leadership to drive total rewards strategy and executionLead the design, evaluation, and administration of benefits and leave programsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standardsCollaborate with vendors and brokers to maintain competitive, cost-effective plansOversee and mentor a small total rewards team (3 direct reports)Analyze market trends and recommend enhancements to compensation and benefits programsDevelop communication strategies to improve employee engagement and program understandingSupport broader HR initiatives related to recognition, retention, and employee experienceDesired Skills & Qualifications7–10+ years of total rewards experience with a strong focus on benefitsHealthcare or hospital environment experience requiredProven leadership experience with direct reportsHands-on experience with Workday and UKG requiredBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field requiredStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changeCompensation$52 – $70/hourWe’re looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
