Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.Job DetailsDescriptionProcess payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly basis for approximately 600 employees using the UKG platform.Key Responsibilities:Ensure payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable laws, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.Administer payroll for employees covered by Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).Process special payrolls and off-cycle requests as needed.Manage union payroll processes, vacation payouts, PTO processing, and time-off reporting.Administer wage garnishments, direct deposit, and pay card setups.Reconcile payroll reports and research/resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee records and payroll data.Assist with internal and external audits and payroll-related reporting requests.Stay current on payroll laws, regulations, and system updates impacting payroll operations.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, including at least 1 year using UKG systems (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or similar).Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and compliance requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.Experience processing payroll for union and non-union employees preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll-related software tools.Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Schedule:8-hour shiftMonday through FridayOvertime as requiredEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
