In addition, you bring experience in account management, client retention, and customer-facing sales or enrollment conversations, allowing you to build strong relationships and support clients through their journeys with clarity and confidence. Position Summary As an Integration Coach at Better U, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their transformative journeys, providing crucial support during both the preparation and integration phases. Through virtual sessions, you will empower clients to set intentions, implement new practices, and foster accountability for sustained growth. You will also serve as a liaison between clients and our clinical team, addressing or escalating inquiries to ensure seamless communication. Your dedication to documenting client interactions and maintaining rapid response times contributes to a high standard of care and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Guide clients through their ketamine-assisted therapy journey, supporting them with intention-setting, integration, and developing systems for new behaviors and practices. Conduct individual and group integration sessions using evidence-based ketamine-assisted therapy techniques tailored to each client’s needs. Hold space for preparation and integration sessions via Zoom video calls. Maintain professionalism and stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Provide excellent customer service while collaborating with a dynamic team to further our mission of healing. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Develop and implement integration strategies that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with department heads, team leaders, and external partners for effective coordination. Document client interactions, session progress, and treatment outcomes thoroughly. Provide training and support to employees involved in integration efforts. Address challenges during the integration process using effective problem-solving skills. Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of integration strategies. Stay current with research and advancements in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and integration techniques. Qualifications A high level of empathy and a genuine desire to help others. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or a related field is a bonus but not required. Certification or licensure in coaching, counseling, or a related field. Proven experience in psychedelic integration and a passion for facilitating healing through psychedelic therapy. Experience in account management, client retention strategies, or customer-facing sales/enrollment roles, with the ability to guide clients through decision-making and support their ongoing engagement. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Skills Strong technology skills and familiarity with various platforms and software. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, techniques, and strategies.
