Join us in our mission to transform leadership worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid position located in the Denver Metropolitan Area.Position SummaryThe Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives growth across three critical areas:Franchise development (new franchisee acquisition)Franchisee success (lead generation for leadership programs)Brand strength (global positioning and awareness)This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership and franchisees, ensuring marketing initiatives directly translate into qualified leads, revenue growth, and long-term brand equity.Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Development Marketing (Generate pipeline of interested franchise candidates)Design and execute marketing strategies to attract high-quality franchise candidates globallyBuild and optimize multi-channel lead generation funnels (digital, events, partnerships, referrals)Partner with sales to improve conversion rates across the franchise development pipelineDefine ideal franchisee profiles and continuously refine targeting strategiesOversee campaign performance metrics including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and ROIManage agency partners, media buying, and marketing automation tools2. Franchisee Marketing Support (End-Client Demand Generation)Develop scalable marketing systems and campaigns that franchisees can deploy locallyCreate turnkey marketing toolkits (digital campaigns, email sequences, social content, webinars, events)Equip franchisees with best practices, messaging frameworks, and training to drive local lead generationCollaborate with top-performing franchisees to identify and replicate successful marketing strategiesMonitor and improve lead quality and conversion performance across the networkSupport key accounts and strategic markets with customized marketing initiatives3. Direct Sales Support (End-Client Demand Generation)Develop and implement marketing and lead-generation strategies to support company-owned franchise in selling Crestcom's products.Monitor and continuously improve campaign effectivenessCollaborate with President of Direct Sales to innovate and enhance marketing4. Brand Strategy & Global MarketingDefine and evolve Crestcom's global brand positioning and messagingEnsure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and value proposition across all marketsLead content strategy to position Crestcom as a thought leader in leadership developmentOversee PR, thought leadership, and strategic partnershipsManage website strategy, SEO, and digital presenceConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and innovation5. Marketing Operations & LeadershipBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing teamEstablish KPIs and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness across all channelsManage marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and scalabilityImplement and optimize marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics tools)Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and franchise support teamsPresent insights, strategy, and performance updates to executive leadershipQualifications5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in franchise, B2B services, or professional developmentProven success in lead generation and pipeline growth, particularly in complex or multi-sided business modelsExperience supporting distributed sales teams or franchise networks is highly preferredStrong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilityExpertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and marketing automationExceptional communication and leadership skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionKey Success MetricsGrowth in qualified franchise candidate pipelineIncrease in franchisee-generated leads and program enrollmentsIncrease in direct sales generated leads and program enrollmentsBrand awareness and market positioning improvementsMarketing ROI and efficiency across channelsFranchisee satisfaction with marketing supportWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the center of Crestcom's growth strategy.
