Customer Care Representative

Position Summary:This position will provide support in a 24/7 call center environment. The successful candidate is comfortable working independently in a remote environment. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate contributes to a culture that delivers quality performance and values diversity, fairness, and inclusion in the workplace.Responsibilities:Answer customer calls and emailsPlace follow-up calls and emails to answer questions.Use a PC to access a secure database to input and customer information.Document, track, and analyze outcomes.Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer questions and requests are handled in a timely manner.Maintain quality standards and customer resolution objectivesRequired Qualifications:US citizenshipAt least a high school diploma or GEDProficiency in computer skills, evidenced by passing a computer skills assessmentAvailable to work 40 hours a week, including nights and weekendsAbility to pass a background and credit check, drug screening, and education verificationMust pass a security clearance processPrevious call center experience is preferredPrior experience as a TRICARE customer representative is a plusSalary: $14-$16 per hourStart Date: TBDValues We Seek:Diversity, Equity, and InclusionIntegrityProfessionalism with PassionAccountabilityCommitment to Customers and the CommunityTeamworkLearningValue-centricity
