Commercial Collection Attorney

Position: Commercial Collection Attorney (Full-Time)Location: Orange County, CAResponsibilities:• Handle California commercial collection matters from pre-suit through judgment enforcement• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence• Communicate with opposing counsel and appear in court as needed• Manage case deadlines, workflow, and litigation strategy• Collaborate with litigation and collections teamsQualifications:• Active California Bar license required• 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred• Strong knowledge of California litigation and judgment enforcement• Commercial collections or creditors' rights experience preferred• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads with strong attention to detail• Excellent legal writing, organization, and communication skills• Team-oriented with strong accountability and professionalism
